Words of comfort and hope for victims of disaster

In the wake of a disaster, shock, grief, and hopelessness ripple through a community. If you or loved ones are experiencing this devastation, we pray that Jesus’ words would be a comfort to you and a reminder of the future hope that is found in Him:

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am” (John 14:1 – 3, NIV).

To all who have been affected by the flooding in southern Alberta, know that we are lifting you up in prayer daily. God bless.
