Serve on a mission team
Is God calling you or someone you know to be a Good Samaritan abroad? Hear firsthand how Abel’s life was impacted physically and spiritually thanks to a Team on a mission.
If you’re a medical professional interested in serving internationally for a short period of time, we have opportunities available to you through Teams and World Medical Mission.
Samaritan’s Purse Teams generally consist of three components: medical clinics, construction projects, and community outreach. Dentists, dental assistants, optometrists, nurses, and doctors are often needed to accompany these Teams and help lead the medical portions of these trips.
Family and friends can also participate—no medical expertise required. Discover the challenge and blessing of bringing hope to people like Abel all over the world—hope in the form of a pair of eyeglasses, a new water filter, and the Gospel message. Find out more about our Teams Opportunities here.
Ways you can help
Please prayerfully consider whether or not God is calling you to participate on a Samaritan’s Purse Team. Your gifts and skills may be exactly what someone needs on the other side of the world, and your visit—as was the case with Abel—may be a divine appointment.
Samaritan’s Purse Teams send hundreds of volunteers around the world every year. Your gift of $250 will help cover the cost of airfare for a team member who is having difficulty raising the funds needed. Donate Here
