Fiona, one of the strongest storms to hit Canada, has left a trail of destruction across the Atlantic. Homes and roofs are smashed, trees torn from their roots, and power out for thousands.

These teams will cut and remove fallen trees, clean up debris from homes, and put tarp on damaged roofs and windows as needed. This is the second time our relief teams have served in P.E.I. We assisted people impacted by Hurricane Dorian in 2019.

The Samaritan's Purse Disaster Response Unit, along with supporting vehicles, has crossed the Confederation Bridge and arrived in Charlottetown, P.E.I and is located at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Relief efforts for those affected by hurricane Fiona have begun.
