Helping British Columbia Wildfire Victims

Serving in Jesus' Name

Response Ongoing After British Columbia Wildfires

Samaritan’s Purse volunteers continue working hard in British Columbia where wildfires have burned through residential communities, claiming homes and other structures.

“It’s heartbreaking to see how many people have lost their homes and livelihoods—and how many more are fearing the same thing as fires threaten their communities,” said Tammy Suitor, Samaritan’s Purse’s Canadian disaster relief manager.

“Our prayer is that we will bring comfort to the hurting and share hope in Jesus’ Name.”

Please continue to pray for Margaret, Don, Trish, and hundreds of other homeowners in B.C. who are returning to burned homes or still waiting to. Pray also for the first responders battling over 200 wildfires and the thousands of people who are evacuated.
